How to use
Wear the sleeve and cover it with kitchen plastic wrap. Leave on for 2 hours. Cover yourself with comfortable clothing. We recommend doing this while resting to best enjoy the benefits. not rinse the skin once removed. Reusable sleeve: wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Store in the resealable pouch, which will be used for future fabric refills.
